The facility is located between two lakes the features an outdoor dining area that cantilevers over one of the lakes.The facility is a structural steel frame, masonry, precast concrete structure that sits on a drilled caisson foundation. The roofing is a copper standing seam metal roof. The interior finish consists of ceramic wall and floor tile, vinyl wall coverings, fiberglass wall panels. The restaurant is highlighted with trough and accent lighting. The interior features restrooms, dining area, and a food service kitchen.
